Weighing company from Braga has created a space and a project entirely dedicated to offer training to their employees and customers, focusing on their personal and professional development.
Balanças Marques has launched a new project that aims to contribute for the training and personal and professional development of their customers and clients. Located in Celeirós, the space is called Marques Academy and it is prepared to receive internal and external trainings addressed to the employees and also to offer training activities about weighing and the company’s products to their partners and clients.
According to the company’s administration, Marques Academy is an initiative that “aims, above all, to add value, to the human resources and even to the partners and their businesses”. “At Balanças Marques, we look at the people as our main asset and we want to give them more learning opportunities and all the tools they might need to develop themselves not only on a professional level but also on a personal level”, they explain.
Functioning since January, Marques Academy already has a busy schedule for 2022 with visits and trainings for national and international clients.
Founded in Braga, in 1967, Balanças Marques is now a days present in more than two dozens of countries and it was even considered the Best Weighing Company in the world in the 2019 and 2021 editions of the Weighing Review Awards.
