Balanças Marques with auspicious debut at UK fairs

Balanças Marques participated in Farm Shop & Deli Show which took place from April 25th to 27th in Birmingham. The balance of the first presence at a fair held in the United Kingdom could not be more encouraging.

Balanças Marques' bet on the British market is still relatively recent, hence the participation in Farm Shop & Deli Show was considered essential to assess all the potential and the receptivity to its products, as well as to strengthen the relationship with the local distributor.
“The balance is the best it can be. The fair went very well for us, we had a lot of very interesting visitors and, above all, very interested in our weighing solutions”, says Commercial Director Paulo Marques. “It was an event of a huge dimension, with a great turnout of public, and held in an extraordinary venue (NEC - National Exhibition Centre), with fabulous conditions”.
Also present at the Balanças Marques stand during the 3 days of the fair was its distributor for the United Kingdom. “Our partnership with Inspiron Systems, although recent, is proving to be promising. They are doing an excellent job, being a dedicated partner and increasingly interested in installing our products, as well as reselling them”, says Paulo Marques.
“We left this fair very confident in the future of Marques products in the UK and in the future of our relationship with our local partner”, concludes the Commercial Director of the José Pimenta Marques Group company.
The following international fair is in Germany, the Hannover Messe, which takes place from the 30th of May to the 2nd of June, and in which Portugal is the partner country in this event, with a massive representation of Portuguese companies, which includes Balanças Marques.
Before that date, Marques products will also be in exhibition at Saudi Food Expo (from May 16th to 19th, in Riyadh), with the Balanças Marques distributor for Saudi Arabia, Meezan Al Rabea.
